- A rich bunch of officinal herbs —lavender, rosemary, sage, eucalyptus, myrtle, cedar. You can use the same herb or mix them up.
- 3-4 small flowers or few petals.
- Long cotton string and scissor to cut it.
*The herbs should be fully dried out. If they are not dried out yet you can still use them, just wait for the smudge stick to fully dried out before using it.
